2008 Best Managed Service

A public sector project for the state government which delivers a managed IP telephony service. It demonstrated excellent service integration and functionality (Cisco and third party) and a broad range of services including video, conferencing and extension mobility. A leading example of shared services for government departments, the project saves costs and creates an infrastructure to rapidly deploy new services.
