He has spent over 25 years working in the IT industry holding a number of senior end user positions. Moving into consultancy in 1995, Heath worked previously for two IT consulting groups before becoming a founding member of Xantus which was acquired by KPMG in October 2011. Heath has led a number of high profile consulting assignments in the retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors and has in depth experience in large corporate infrastructure and application programmes and has successfully advised some of the largest global organisations on IT effectiveness, organisation structure and sourcing. Heath is a subject matter expert on the sourcing of IT Services and has negotiated a number of large outsource agreements as well as helping clients assure the services received. In addition, Heath has authored a number of white papers and guidelines on successful and innovative sourcing of IT Services. |
