Ralf Wolter, Senior Manager, Innovation Consulting Engineering, Cisco

Ralf Wolter is a Senior Manager at Cisco. He leads the Technology Consulting Engineering team for Europe and works closely with corporate engineering as well as supporting large customer projects and presenting at industry conferences.

His special field of interest is Network Management Device Instrumentation, related to Accounting and Performance Management, where he also co-authored the book "Accounting and Performance Strategies".

Ralf joined Cisco in 1996 as a Systems Engineer and he has provided technical leadership for many large network management projects in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Prior to his current position, he was working as a Networking Consultant at AT&T/NCR, focusing on the design and management of data networks.
